At Anastasia Care Early Intervention Services birth-3, we strive to support every therapist and assist all therapists in meeting their professional and personal goals as well.

At this time we are seeking qualified Social Workers for our home based early intervention program throughout Philadelphia County. Our Social Worker can choose the number of hours, location, and time of day they prefer to work.

All candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and have experience working with young children with disabilities and developmental delays.

Early Intervention assessment and coordination of care, linkage to community resources, assistance with transportation, health insurance assessment and monitoring, evaluation of access to medications and treatment adherence. Support and counseling to patients and families

Job Type: Independent Contract

Salary: commensurate with experience and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: BSW

MSW Degree preferred; PA License (LSW or LCSW) recommended. BSW or Master’s Degree in Social Work with health care experience in field instruction and/or employment in a health care setting.
