Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in various settings.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide patient treatments.
• Utilize medical equipment to monitor patient conditions as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create effective patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance and treatments.
• Ensure accurate patient record-keeping in line with healthcare standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• BSN degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in specialized units.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
